Earn Double miles on your Delta Skymiles credit card May 15-Jul 15

I got this email from the Delta Skymiles Amex card. It says from May 15 to July 15 you can earn double miles on ALL purchases. You just need to enroll at their website for this. Enrollment is pretty simple. You just have to enter the Frequent Flyer number associated with your card. I guess it is a pretty easy way to get double miles so I thought it might be useful for those who have this card.

also, if you don't have a delta skymiles credit card, it's a great time to get it now with the first year no annual fee offer, which is going to expire on 5/15/2003.

ALSO, take a look the "Earn Credit Card Miles by Purchasing US Savings Bond" article. You can buy US Savings bond, and earn airline miles without getting charge of any cash advance fees! I can imagine tons of people will be doing this during the double miles promotion period from 5/15-7/15.

Buy $20K savings bond, keep it for a year. with the double miles, you earn a total of 40000 delta skymiles. 50000 delta skymiles would get you 2 US roundtrip tickets.. not bad huh?
