Ear Infection Remedies?

My right ear has a swollen lymph node right behind it, a little below the mastoid process. And it's making the right part of my jaw ache too.

Any remedies or cures? Or do I have to ride this one out?

Take some anti biotics, crush them into a fine powder and snort it!

Or go to the doctor.
