EAC and Mozilla will not run

The process does actually run(indefinitely), but nothing shows up on the screen. I've had problems with mozilla and firebird before, not running except under an admin account. Today I was unable to run Exact Audio Copy under my power user account. I know it has worked before. Why is this?
