Ok, so I should have checked around better on this, but it's done and I've learned not to buy there anymore, but anyone have any luck backing up games bought through the store?

Guess it's only good for a year, that's a pisser..

There is currently no time limit on downloads from the EA store. There is no one year time limit on downloads.

I guess not.

Anyway you can save the download location that it downloads and install later.
You can download an iso from torrents and use that.
It says minimum 1 year, many people on here have been able to download games for well past a year. The sentence is just there to probably save EA in case they for some reason want to cancel the ea downloader service, which I don't think will happen anytime soon.
