Anyone familiar with Wh40k lore will immediately recognize the 2nd tank as the Leman Russ tank.
It may look like a 'generic' tank but far from it. Look at the 40k lore and they will describe that tank in great detail such as each of the guns located on the tank and the different variations that it can take on.
Especially with the placement of the secondary cannons and the side turrets the copy is pretty damn blatant.
The second tank is is a Baneblade actually which is also a very popular tank in 40k (mostly due to Apocalypse probably). The Leman Russ has very distinctive track shape.
