EA BC2 purchase gone after a year?

About March 2010 I bought BF:BC2 through the EA store. I stopped playing it for a long time and got a new computer. I just went into my EA account to download the game again and it's gone from my account.

Does this mean I have to buy it again? Grrrr. If I had bought it on disk I'd still own it.
 
Did you somehow create a new EA account, or do you have more than one?

Don't panic, you have not lost your copy of BFBC2. Give them a call and try to work it out.

NOTE: If you have verified that your purchase has actually gone through and processed, but still aren't able to see your games in Origin, please follow the steps below.

First, try clicking on the 'cog' icon at the top right of your Origin (Origin). This should activate the drop down menu where you should then select the "Refresh My Games" option.
If this does not work, try logging out of Origin, and log back in. This is another way of 'refreshing' the games in your Origin.
Last, but not least, Uninstalling and Reinstalling Origin is the final step you can try doing.
