E92 M3 on the Ring: RL vs. GT5

Hmm.. I need to see how fast I can go around Laguna with my car in GT5 (and possibly do a similar comparison video).. last time I was there my best was around a 1:58.

Love the video...makes me want GT5 regardless of all the negative press it has gotten for being "incomplete".

It's a great game, but could have been better. Poor menu design, slow loading times, inconsistent car modeling, poor AI, and the lack of real car damage are the biggest gripes. Fun though? Hell yeah. Flawed but fun.

What was all that clicking in the audio?

The driver's hands in the game don't look like they are moving enough.

That is so badass, I would give just about anything including one of my nuts to drive a sweet car around the 'ring.

So awesome!

Cool stuff, great to see that there's in dash now. They still really need to work on the sound though. Like the rest of the GT series, the sound is still nothing like the real thing and they still overemphasize the tire squeals.

They could learn a few things from GTR2 from simbin about the sound.

I agree with the sound for the most part.
The engine /exhaust noises are actually quite good as you select or "get in" to the cars in your garage. When you start up a Honda, it sounds like a Honda, the SRT8 Challenger I have sounds exactly like the real thing. While driving though, not as much.
