Due to chipset limitation, 1333FSB processors can only run at a maxium speed of 1066FSB on this motherboard.

How true is above statement? :)

Support for C2D v. NetBurst can be addressed principally in the board design, not the chipset. There are numerous 945GC boards supporting 65nm and 45nm dual core but not quad.
