Directron is in Texas. You might check AxionTech there, but Directron strikes me as somehow better.
Also -- maybe I'm paranoid, but I don't know how or if CA Franchise Tax Board checks up on this. Technically, you're "supposed to declare" when you file your return. I don't think anybody does, though.
