I am trying to overclock this system and get the maximum benefit. What would be the best?

E8400(400 x 9=3600Mhz,stock V) and Reaper @ 4-4-4-15(800,2.2V)
E8400(433 x 9=3900Mhz, stock V) and Reaper @ 5-6-6-18(866,1.8V)
E8400(450 x 9 = 4050Mhz, 1.4V) and Reaper @ 5-5-5-18(900,2.1V)

Running Vista64 Ultimate and mostly using pc for games and playing 1080p Videos.

Definitely the third would make for the fastest rig, but I think for longevity it'd be best to go with the middle option. Low voltage on the CPU/RAM so they don't burn out early, and it will still be very nearly as fast as #3

I'd definitely be running it at the middle settings; you're not going to notice the difference between that and the third. Take screen shots of it running at 4GHz and then set it back. No reason to consider the first choice.
