e740 - WiFi freezes the PDA

Everytime I turn on WiFi the PDA freezes. When I turn it off, it runs through all off the screen touches I made while it was frozen. I have done a hard reset, reflashed the bios and reinstalled the WiFi drivers. Any other ideas before I send it away to Toshiba for what I imagine to be a very long time?
