Box has already had the XClamp replacement, Arctic Silver.... now this. Just tried reapplying AS and the heat gun and still single red. UGHHH!!!
 
Well, the new slim arcades are coming out, aren't they? When that happens maybe you can find a cheap jasper arcade on clearance.

Either way, sucks to lose your console :/.
 
That sucks man, at least the arcade's are only $150 now. Sell the broke one for $50 on craigslist, include everything but the controller and hard drive. Try to recover some of the cost

yea i gave up trying to have to constantly 'refix' my xclamped 360 like once every few months and just bought a jasper unit like in april. makes life easier heh.
 
Once your xbox gets xclamped and has a RROD or E74 again after the xclamp mod, it's pretty much done for.

If you can get the regular rings back, there may still be a little hope.

I have my case completely taken off mine and I have the 12V fan mod. My xbox has had multiple E74's, even after the xclamp, and the beast is still running 🙂
 
I can see selling it on craigslist as being broke, but doing the towel trick and trading it in is just messed up
