@ 1.15-1.2v It's running very cool, 333x9.5(default is 267x9.5), for about 3.1Ghz up from the stock of 2.53Ghz, no adjustments to voltage.

Prime95 detected an error on one of the cores after about 6 hours, shall I bump up the voltage a tad? I think up to 1.25v is 100% safe, correct?

Maximum safe is 1.3625v, correct?

Temperatures were 51C and 53C max for the two cores. I'm assuming with the rig sideways, one core is getting slightly more compression/better contact. Cooler is AC Freezer 7.

The error was:

FATAL ERROR: Rounding was 0.5, expected less than 0.4
Hardware failure detected, consult stress.txt file (was not created...)

However, the computer seems 100% stable... subjectively.

Bump the voltage? My memory is running at stock speeds, and thus isn't part of the equation. I just fiddled with the divider. so it's 399.4mhz.

Edit: Hai Warhammer Alliance. 2-12-09

Correct.

Yeah, but it isn't unsafe to go as high as 1.40ish.

That error is usually caused by not enough vCore. Not enough CPU VTT can cause the same error, also.

If you're running your RAM @ anything other than 1:1, it may very well be part of your problem.
