e6750 vs e6850

Hello guys... once again i will need to hear the expertise of everyone here

With the release of these cpu's alot of the forums have been running test to see just how much they can push these new cpu's...
So far i have seen forums hitting nearly 4GHz on the e6750, so my question is will the e6850 priced @ $83 more dollars be worthed it or will the e6750 wil be the best buy?

i think it just comes down to whether you are planning on overclocking or not, and if so, what you want your max (locked) multiplier to be.
