E6750 or E6850

Is the E6850 worth the extra $100CAN? I've looked at a few benches and it doesn't seem to be that different. Can anyone give me some advice?

if you plan to oc and keep it for a while then it might be worth it, but otherwise it's hard to recommend a 50% price increase for a <10% performance increase.
