Yeah that's what I've heard also. I wonder what's the beef. Is that Intel's gesture for OEMs that currently sell Core 2 Duo systems?

I still pimp em but the only way I will exceed what I got, a low ball 3800+@3Ghz😉, is with a decent multiplier. (check out anands crappy Overclocks of the low end Allendales) ...If the 9x multi E4200 was out I'd get that in a heart beat..

No, it's Intel's gesture for Stevie J., who is presumed to be launching C2D desktops at WWDC. His keynote speech is Aug. 7.

(Yes, that little @#$@#$@#$@# who makes fashion accessory "computers" for college girls apparently gets to dictate Intel's launch schedule)
