E6600 temps and o/c ability

I have just finished building my system with an e6600 on a 965P-DS3 Gigabyte board.

I have a Zalman 9500 HSU on it and am getting about 20 degrees on idle and 35-40 degrees on load from Intel TAT.

The chip is a F model

I have crucial ballistix pc6400 anyone have any idea if I could be get some good overclocking off this machine.
