e6600 overclock

can people using e6600 share their overclock,

i have a e6600 with abit ip35-e at 3.24 ghz, if i run it at stock vcore , prime95 will fail in a few mins, i have the vcore at 1.37 and so far tested 8-9 hours prime stable, i am using 4gigs of stt ddr-667 (at 360 mhz, 1.90 dimm voltage),

I though the conroe's could reach 3.3-3.4 at stock vcore.

my temp's are 32-33 idle and 48-49 load

I haven't read anything that would suggest that the majority of Conroe chips will do 3.4 at stock Vcore. They'll usually go that high, but I dunno about stock voltage.

conroes should hit 3ghz on stock, higher ghz depends if you get a better chip. i ve seen some lucky people doing 3.6ghz on stock voltages with their e6600's

I am at 3558 with my E6600 on an Asus P5W DH. I have my voltage set at 1.50 Volts which reads at 1.47 with monitoring.

i've hit 3.0ghz with stock vcore (maybe also a notch down), but i'm sticking with 2.8Ghz right now, because i can run it at 1.275V with temps at mid 20s on idle.

havent really tried anything higher than 3.0, but i might try to see what vcore i need to be stable at 3.2 or 3.4
