e6600 L631A?

Anyone have this newer e6600, the 31A? I have read much of 28A, 29A but nothing on these. Are they any good for OC and how are voltages on them?

It's luck...you just have to try and see. Even someone with the same stepping and week may need more volts to keep it stable at the same overclock.

31A is amazing. It is same stepping as the new kentsfields that are monster clockers.

just rec'd L631A502 E6400 from newegg today -- waiting on memory -- will post o/c stats once up & running! :)

i have that exact same chip batch # that i got from zipzoom a few weeks ago. it also oc's like a charm without much vcore addition - which makes me think it is a darn good chip. i havent even pushed it yet.
