e6400 Overclocking

Hey guys I was wondering if I could overclock my e6400 core 2 duo with stock cooling and to how much?

Memory: 2 sets of CORSAIR XMS2 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) 4-4-4-12

Motherboard: Asus P5K (only P5K)

Thermaltake TR2 W0070RUC ATX 430W Power Supply

EVGA Nvidia 8800GT 512 mb

I'm only using stock cooling and wondering how far I can overclock my cpu and if there was a good guide for it?
 
Most people are able to get up to 2.8-3.0 Ghz with the stock heatsinks. From what I remember [my memory's not all that great sometimes 😀], your motherboard will most likely hold you back alot, but probably not from hitting at least 2.8 Ghz or so. And the guide you're looking for is at the top of this very forum (in other words, at you read this thread, hit the back button on your browser, and it will be near the top of the page).
