I don't have a ASRock mobo, so I don't know how your BIOS functions, but here's what my E6400 OC looks like.

Under the cpu options, put your FSB/PCIe to Async and set the "Spread Spectrum" setting to "disabled" and this should help you get a little higher... it got me up to 300fsb. You might also want to "enable" the RAM flexibility option and set your RAM speed rather than let it leave it to "auto" under chipset options.

These 775Dual-VSTA boards don't overclock much higher than 300fsb right now. :( Maybe they will do better with future bios revisions?

Baked is just showing off but he paid a lot more money for his motherboard too. :p

Ok, I'm a n00b when it comes to overclocking. There, I've said it....I've tried to OC my rig just a little and all it will do is reboot and return to the default settings. So I'm hoping someone here with way more experience than me can help out. I've heard of people getting 3.8Ghz + out of simaliar setups. I'm not looking to push the max out of this system, if I can sqeeze 3.2 out of it, I'd be extremely satisfied.

I'd appreciate some help with this if anyone has any ideas. Here's my specs:

C2D E6400 with Zalman 9500 Cooler
Gigabyte GA-965P-DS3 (f6 Bios)
OCZ Memory
Capacity 2GB (2 x 1GB)
Speed DDR2 667 (PC2 5400)
Cas Latency 4
Timing 4-4-4-12
Voltage 1.8V
ECC No
2 x Maxtor 250GB SATAII (Raid)
eVGA 7800 GTX
SB Audigy 2 ZS

If you do have any suggestions, could you please reply with specific bios settings....

Which OCZ memory? You may need to give more voltages for your DIMMs. It depends on the type of ICs on the memory but usually 2.0~2.2V is pretty safe for 24/7.

Change your memory timings to 5-5-5-12 and increase vdimm 2.1
