e6300 vs e6400

With the e6300 at $162 and the e6400 at $218 would it be worth the extra $50 to buy the e6400 if I am not going to overclock?
 
Well, an E6400 is nearly 15% faster than an E6300. That much more performance is worth the less than $50 difference in my book, but I'm not the one spending the money in this instance.
