E6300 + P5N-E SLI: overclocking using 2x512

I have a E6300 and P5N-E SLI and am hoping to hit a modest 2.4Ghz. I have 2 possible sets of 2x512 DDR800 I could use sitting in front of me: Corsair or Kingston

I've read through most of the mega-thread, but everyone is using 2x1GB!!!

Should I start my memory at 5-5-5-15-2T? 7 or 8 multiplier? QDR FSB at 300? (8x300=2400?)?

Thanks!
