E6300 MOBO suggestions

I'm looking into building my own system, and was suggested to use a Gigabyte GA-965P-DS3 with the e6300 I want to use. But I've read some bad reviews about the MOBO and was wondering if anyone could suggest something else, not too $$$.

Probably the Asus P5B vanilla. It's getting good reviews, and the latest bios allows for larger overclocks. If you got the cash then get the deluxe version.
