You CPU temp is really high, assuming it was measured at idle. The core temps are also high, but not as alarming as the CPU temp. It appears that you have no case fans, at least none that are being monitored. Make sure your case has good airflow - at least one intake fan at the front of the case, and one exhaust at the back. YOu may also wish to disable QFAN in the BIOS. That will permit your CPU fan to run at 100% rpm. Lastly, your CPU heatsink may not be making good contact with the CPU heatspreader. Perhaps, you should re-install the heatsink, making sure that it's mated well, and properly secured to the mobo.

In a room that's not too hot (~21C), and a case with good airflow, you E6300 should be idling in the 30s, with core temps ~10C hotter.

considering Mumbai's weather is hot (25-30c) hope these are the usual temps

Lavalys discontinued Everest Home edition. You'll either have to download an old version or pay for a new version of Professional or whatever the paid version is.

Also, to answer your question.....I think it's hard to tell because between the two, I've seen fluctuations as far as 6-10 +/- degress.

ok well i finally went up to a professional pc assembler
he went through the whole system again rather reassembled the machine
he did say that the heatsink was not properly placed onto the cpu
the temps still remain the same now (the temps i posted the 2nd time) so iam considering these as regular temps now
