e6300 + ddr2 1000 or e6400 + ddr2 800?

Some of the stuff I'm ordering:

Corsair HX520
P5-B Deluxe
Arctic Freezer Pro 7
Antec Nine Hundred (or p180B haven't decided)

E6300 + Buffalo Firestix or E6400 + 'budget' GSkill DDR2 800?

That's the question. Is 500 x 7 do-able? Easily? Or should I just settle for 3.2g?


Any input appreciated.
