E5570 CPU's in MBD-X8DTL-i-O boot problem

OK, it will post every time. But it won't see one of the memory sticks, so I removed the stick and it sees 10 gig memory. But when it tries to boot, it says "CHECKING NVRAM" and code 00A1, and that's all you see. On the same motherboard I did have 2 E5530's running, so I thought the motherboard was good.

Any Ideas ??
