E46 323i Limp Mode after Transmission replacement

I have an E46 323i 1999 in limp mode! I ran the OBDII codes and popped up as P0734. I bought a reconstructed transmission, and rebuilt my original torque converter. The new transmission was installed and I switched out the TCM, and i'm still getting Limp mode after driving around for about 3 blocks, and a P0734 "Gear 4 incorrect ratio". I'm running out of ideas. and I'm desperate to get my car up and running some one help.

I believe the transmission has to go through a "learning" cycle.

If you ever get this resolved please follow up. I had the same code and fixed it with a transmission fluid/filter change. The code hasn't come back for a few weeks now but I don't think I got to the bottom of it.
