I bought the Crucial DDR2-1066 memory first before anything else.
Should I go with the E4300 OC'ed (since every forum talks about its awesome OC ability) or a E6000 series OC'ed? I want to take full advantage of my memory speed. Any suggestions are welcome.

Well, with an E4300 you don't really need high-end RAM like that Crucial 1066. The E4300 runs at a much slower FSB so even overclocked to nosebleed level can be handled by ordinary RAM on the average P965 or better mobo.

I would recommend an E6420 with that RAM or an E6600 if you can afford that. Both are 4mb Conroes that should be able to take full advantage of that sexy 1066 RAM.
