Planning on buying a DS3 Rev 3.3, and getting a Core 2 Duo. My only worries are not having the 4 MB of shared L2 cache that the 6320 6420, 6600, and 6700 have. I also notice in a lot of gaming benchmarks the E4300 is barely beating a E6600 even when it's running up around 3.4 GHz, and the E6600 is not even over clocked. I know a lot of you already have Core 2 Duo rigs, and are more knowledgeable about this kind of stuff.

What's the price difference between the two, and how much is an E6420? It seems like E6420 is the best bang-for-the-buck among 4MB L2's from various reports from users.
