E3 2010 - Here Are My Plans & What Else Do You Think I Should See?

For the second time in my life I'll be fortunate enough to attend E3. The plan is to get around to see and play the titles us, as people who love video games, are excited the most for--this includes the obscure stuff. I will be Twittering like a mad man from the showroom floor so be sure to follow me if you already are not. Also I will also be posting more in-depth stuff on my blog too.

Here is a list of stuff that I have--so far--been scheduled to seeing. Please keep in mind that this is a work in progress so this can change, plus some stuff I cannot mention because it hasnt been announced yet:

Do you mean the pressers? I'm not going to go or cover any of the press events since everyone and their mother is doing that.

If you're referring to just seeing what's on the showroom floor--of course I'll be stopping by there. The stuff I listed is the appointment stuff (behind close doors).

Portal 2 is still being shown despite what you mentioned. I have a 15 min demonstration on Tuesday and I cannot imagine it's anything else.

So what does that mean for Portal 2? Is Valve still planning on showing it in private even though the E3 presser is cancelled? Or maybe you don't know yet?

there is no confirmation it is for a new movie either. the rumor is that WB has the rights to a new MK movie but tossed it, so this was produced from the director/writer/whoever to prove to WB that there is interest in a new one.

K&L, sure, but not the Lara Croft game. It's completely different from the TR games and so far the impressions have been quite positive.

Crytek will have their booth there as well, and should be showing more footage of Crysis 2, even the higher end PC version. I think they might also be demo'ing it with Natal and 3D stereoscopic glasses.

I'm actually really interested in the new Tomb Raider game. I like the concept a lot and I think the direction they're planning on taking it is interesting. Kane and Lynch could very well be lame but I want to make that judgement for myself.

BLACK OPS! Black Ops is the Blackest of the ops because no one knows who or where the Black Ops are. Not even the Elite Ops know who the Black Ops are because they're the Black Ops.
