E2140 on a 1066FSB Mobo

Hey guys, recently I purchased an Intel E2140 with 800 MHz FSB and the EVGA 650i Ultra motherboard which supports 1066/1333 MHz FSB. I didn't realize this until I received the package today and already put the mobo and cpu into my case. Will my motherboard run this cpu? Thanks

Today I was playing around with an E4300 with 800MHz FSB and an MSI P6N SLI (650i SLI chipset). On POST the BIOS says "WARNING" yada yada about running an unsupported CPU. However, it runs just fine whether overclocked or not. Also, on the msicomputer.com site the board is listed as supporting even down to 533MHz FSB CPUs such as Celerons, and the E4300 was explicitly supported. It's all BS and marketing IMO.

It should work. I've seen E4300 (also 800MHz FSB) boot with 650i board.
