I have an ArcticCooling HSF and some 533 MHz value ram. I don't think I have any multiplier options.

The only thing I have tried is raising the FSB from 200 to 217 but anything beyond that is unstable. I can get some better ram but is there anything else I can do currently?

Can I get some pointers or a link to a basic o/c guide with this board/processor?
