Let's think about this....
Virgin generally = someone who has not had sex.
STD = Sexually Transmitted Disease

Kinda difficult to get an STD when you don't have sex.

Wrong. STDs can be transmitted without sex. Think about it. If you kiss someone with herpes, you have a good chance of getting it. HIV spread rapidly in the 80s through blood supplies, not sex. If someone gives you oral sex (depends on what you mean by sex), then it's possible to have STDs as well.

The short answer to your question is YES a virgin can have STDs/

YES, you can get an STD without having intercourse. Anytime there is a touching of genitals by someone else you are at risk. To think otherwise is just plain ignorant.

Holy sh!t, I honestly thought the US did a better job of educating its youth on subjects like this.

We were taught this stuff thoroughly in grade 9 where I live in Canada. I think they do it earlier in other parts of the country..
