You need to reduce your overall body fat and your genetics will determine where the fat is burned from....some people are genetically predisposed to have the fat settle in their <insert problem area here>, others have it settle on their <insert other random body part here>, it's sad but true, you can blame your parents for that. So watch what you eat, lift weights, and exercise....the rest is in your genes (no pun intended here).
