E Tech Warehouse been a week and they haven't even shipped it out yet

I ordered two PLUS1080AMG FULL-TWR SERVER METALLIC GRAY PERFORMANCE PLUS with 450 watt antec psu and these guys havent even shipped it out yet. Bewary of ordering if your in a hurry. You pay for next day air but it takes them over a week to get it in a box and out of the building.
 
Prob not the right forum to post it in (not sure what the right one would be tho).
Have you contacted them at all regarding your issue ?
Also did they have those server cases in stock when you ordered ?
 
I called them on the phone yesterday evening and they said that they were experiencing a large volume of business and that it is taking them longer than normal. Longer than one week to box it up and send it is absurd. If they are getting that much business then they need to hire more help. She said they do have them in stock and I will be emailed a tracking number as soon as it is made available.
 
I personally would cancel and find business elsewhere !
A week for next day shipping is rediculous IMO.
 
So today i come home and find a tag stuck to my door saying: first try will deliver again tomorrow...this was at 1100. At 1600 today i get an email saying... your package has been delivered and here is your tracking number. talk about keeping me up to date. if i'd known it was coming today i would have been waiting at the door with my screwdriver in hand. I have all my parts and no cases to put them in.
