E-mail virus

Something is sending out e-mail as if it's from me in hotmail. Windows 7.

I've run spybot search & destroy and it doesn't get rid of it.

Any suggestions for a good program for this?

Prefer free, but will pay if needed.
 
Malware Bytes.

Turn off System Restore. Boot into Safe Mode. Install Malwarebytes. Run the Scan. Reboot. Turn System Restore back on.
