Is thier a such thing as a To command in a HTML link for an e-mail adress.

I am trying to acomplish the following.

When Someone Clicks My Link My name will be in the " To: " fiels instead of the adress.

Also , Is thier a site with a bunch of e-mail commands ?

EDIT: I have Tride "Mailto:X@blahblah.Com?To=X" but the adress will still show up 🙁

So far I Have found only this link>>>>>

im not sure if that is actually possible because i think it will only display a name if the person someone is sending email to is in their address book. you can use a similar method to change the subject, but i dont think changing the To: field is possible. if anyone knows, please speak up, because i would like to know this aswell.
