I only do when I'm at work, just sign my first name on personal emails.

Only a short one at work. I hate long sigs that offer no usable information.

Only when I worked at a medical software company. We were required to for legal reasons. D'oh!
Other than that there is no point.

Negative. Even if I didn't end with my name or whatever and didn't use a sig, they'd still have my email address and my full name, which is really all that is needed. The only time I end with something other than my first name or full name is when I send emails to the sponsor of my senior design project. Since I send him a lot of emails, I always just find the previous email to him in Sent and copy and paste the end note (name, project leader of such and such team, name of university).

Work signature is the only one I use.

Name, email, position, plasma shield regeneration rate in milliseconds, and cell.
