Ok, so I have my ISP mail and it dosen't get saved on their mailservers or anything like hotmail. Once it gets download on my computer locally, I go to the webmail of my ISP on another computer, it isn't there. How do I get my ISP mail to act hotmail'ish.

Only reason i'm doing this is because I want the mail on both my laptop and desktop PC synchronized like hotmail.

Tell your mail client not to delete the mail it downloads from the server. But you may want to see what sort of limits you have on mailbox size, if you leave it there for a while you might hit the limits pretty quick since they expect all their users to download and delete right away.

Tools > Accounts > (select account) > Properties > Advanced tab > Leave a copy of messages on server. You can also tell it to automatically delete it x-days after it's been read.
