Okay, me and my friend (the one who I was being ordered around from his father) had some turmoil earlier today so I decided, 'you know what, I can't work with you, we have conflicting personalities: I am negative, you are positive. I can't work around someone who is cheery and gleeful all the time'. So then he sends me an e-mail today after school saying this. (This is the original just cut and pasted):
Hey kam thanks for telling me ahead of time before we started,anyways we are still
keeping the site up right, tell me what is going on with it.

I don't know, man. I really doubt our friendship whether we truly are friends or just using each other.
At times I really can't stand your levity and that is why I don't talk to you at times. You can be a
major dick when you're around other people and talking to me. For instance, your business card vs.
the website conversation. I wasn't knocking your fvcking card but you kept getting offended and
talking loud so others would chime in and agree with you. I don't like that kind of sh!t from you.
I was giving you constructive criticism implying that a matching website and business card would suit you best.
I'm not telling you how to run your business but just giving pointers that could help you out.
I'm trying to be your friend, not your enemy or opponent.
Also, you don't sound too bummed out over losing this flick.

By the way, do you think that I enjoy being around a person so depressed all the time. And you wonder
why people sometimes dont like you, it's because of that depressive barrier you set up, but I tend to
look past that, because that's not what matters. I am your friend, we were before we started to work
together. And you know what else, I am happy that the movie is over, Im looking to be succesfull,
sitting around compaining about life does nothing. what the hell is constructive critisism when it
does not help? It is just a complaint, thats all.

I do his website FYI and his business card doesn't look anything like his website. (Black, red, green and white letters) I wasn't telling him to make the card like the site but just to follow a scheme so everything matched and looked good. I didn't care what colors, I'd do it for him just so it'd match but he flipped out and took it the wrong way saying I'm "monotone" because that's how the site looks. (I know that and I've been trying to come up with a more colorful layout but since he's been being a dick to me, I said forget it)
Keep in mind, he's a VERY wealthy kid from his dad who showers him with everything and anything with so-called "hidden" charges that way he can't be completely labeled "spoiled". I'm middle-class with a lot of problems concerning money in my family as well as spiritual and emotional problems from me. I am completely fair with this kid and I even did the site for free just to help him out when others were charging him $200. (It may not be great but it's free and it got him more sales)
Am I wrong? I honest-to-God try to be a good friend to everyone I meet, especially him since we've known each other for a long time. I realize I am very depressed and my attitude is extremely low but I can't help it. I see this kid everyday for about four periods, we always sit together and talk but now I think it may be through. This is the second time my negativity has interfered with our friendship.
