i caught the video over at toms. it's good stuff. the technology is obviously ready for mass production on current lines. (re: the panel maker technicians being almost incredulous when seeing the working unit.) if they get the netbook makers to bite, it should really change battery life expectations.
they obviously worked out most of the kinks with the tech during their time on the olpc xo development. wonder if they are using the subpixel stagger from there as well. did they mention if they were using led backlight?
probably a better interim tech for lcd panels until oled is mature. which could be 3-4 years from now.
When the camera is constantly moving side to side, in and out, around and around, and the viewer has no chance to look closely at the subject - it is lousy technique. Maybe dizzy was the wrong term - how about lack of focus on the subject?
well apparently it only bothers you. i found it perfectly fine watching it. i see nothing worth merit in your comments about this topic. you comment more about the interviewer and not about the product. who cares if it was a little wobbly. maybe i should not have even posted it, since i guess some people get too flustered watching someone that doesnt have a perfectly steady hand give an interview
