E-Commerce guys, Anywhere to self-promote that is OK and works

I've had HotDeals posts so far from others on other sites, but are there places to self-promote without breaking rules? I think I have a valid deal going on, its just hard to get the word out to people who want CPU coolers and other mods at a discount. Any ideas?

Have you checked AnandTech's rates to legitimately sponsor a link in Hot Deals? (I have no idea what they are)

Love to advertise here but the rates are steep. This is such a popular site, so you can guess what the price would be. Just look at the typical advertisers and imagine what their budget is.

I'd almost throw 15% off at you guys, but I'd have to probably pay to get a sticky on HotDeals that would probably cost me more than it gained.
