E-bay advice needed (liability)

I got a payment for a camera from a person at a company titled "Atlantic forwarding Service." The winning bidder is from Uruguay, and my auction states that I ship ONLY to the Us. Looking at google, the company is a forwarding service out of Uruguay.

"I am paying this bid because my friend ** live in Uruguay and he cannot use his credit card. I pay for him and please deliver to me and i will send the camera to **"

now, i don't really doubt the authenticity of this, but I am concerned about my liability. I figure I should reply to it with something like "I can not be held responsible for any problems with the camera once it leaves this country's borders."

The reason I do not ship out of the US is because I don't want to deal with the hassle of language barriers and return shipping fees if the buyer claims there is a problem, etc.

Advice? Ideas?

edit: Buyer has 0 feedback and registered in July.

Edit 2: My reply:

I have to problem with shipping to your Florida address. Certain things must be understood in cases such as these. In this case, you will be considered the end user and therefore responsible for any claims of nonfunctional items. I will not be held responsible for the item once it leaves US borders.

If your buyer still wishes to continue, let me know.

so you are shipping it to someone in the U.S. and then they are forwarding it? if so, then your statement is a good idea.
