e-350 motherboard recommendations?

So a friend of mine is a dad with 4 kids and I am trying to make him a cheap "kids computer." The goal besides hooking up my friend, is the "psychological benefit" by getting rid/recycling some old computer parts. I am trying to do this as cheaply as possibly.

I would like motherboard/general parts recommendations. I picked out some parts I think will do fine, but want a second opinion before I place the order. I am purposefully building an e-350 system, but don't know which motherboard to go with.

* I am reusing an itx computer case, which comes with a 65w power supply
* I am reusing a 2.5 inch hard drive (from an old laptop I upgraded to an ssd)
* I already have a spare operating system.

1) Need motherboard+cpu combo that will fit in an itx case. I am thinking this board ASRock E350M1 AMD E-350 APU ($94)

- I do want HDMI
- I do want UEFI instead of Bios
- I can care less about USB 3 and overclocking.

2) 8gbs of memory (I know 4 is plenty but for how cheap memory is, you might as well, I do not care about the bandwidth and what latency.) ($35)
Crucial 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model CT2KIT51264BD160B

3) Optical Drive
LG 22X Super-Multi DVD Burner Black SATA Model GH22NS90B ($16)

Final Cost is $145. Any input is gladly appreciated.

I think that is about as good as it gets as I tried finding other brands like MSI and Sapphire but most of them are out of stock. The difference from one board to another is not much so getting any board would do just fine. As for the RAM, you could get DDR3-1333.
