so was the SanDisk Sansa e250 2GB Media Player with a microSD slot that I got from there for $35.

I see no problem with getting a refurb as long as it comes with a warranty, and this does (6 months).

Not to thread crap, but that's only half the original warranty. Worse yet, refurbed products are not covered under VISA's Warranty Management programs.
On the plus side, if it's refurbed by Dyson it oughta be done right.
