dyndns help

I will be traveling to the midwest,
I have already setup my dyndns account and setup my Netgear WGT624's dyndns settings and port 80 (also tried 8080) ip forwarding on my S2 tivo's ip address. What I want to do is to grab the recorded shows while I'm away on a trip.
I tried to do it at work but somehow all i got was an error message that the "myaddress.dyndns.org" takes too long to reply.
What should be the correct address to put on the url in order to get to the tivo's interface??
Is there any other settings that I need to setup on my router?

I think that you need to open port 443 as well.

In addition, you should take into consideration that many ISPs block ports 80 and 8080 for Internet to LAN communication.
