Anyone else having this issue or just me? Chrome latest. I get a 3-4 second pause when navigating anywhere in the forum.

Same here. A five to six second of nothing but several url's flashing in the bottom of my browser window before the actual page loads. Like everyone is supposed to get a piece of the hit pie. Frankly, it's getting annoying now.
 
I hear AT got slammed yesterday because of the BD review. Since dynamic1 is their ad server, I'm guessing it strained under the load. Everything is fine now, of course.
