Dynamic IP addresses and ICS

Hi there. I have an ADSL connecton with a dynamic IP address. Now I want to perform ICS ove rmy network, conenced via a Linksys switch, using my Alcatel USB modem. Now, does it matter for just web browsing etc if I have only have one IP address?
