dynamic dnc client that can update mx records

Are there any dynamic dns clients that can update a mx record. On my home network my dynamic client always updates the a record for the website but I always have to go in and update the mx record myself.

Typically a MX record just points to an A record, ie mail.yourdomain.com. So your MX record doesn't really need to be updated all the time, just the A record it points to, and it sounds like your client doesn't have any trouble updating normal A records.
